Eagles hold off Dons

The Eastern Washington University Men’s Basketball team travel to the venerable War Memorial Gym on the campus of the University of San Francisco and came away with an 81-76 win over the Dons. Tyler Harvey climbed to 4th on the all-time list for made 3-point baskets in a career, and he also became only the 17th player in EWU history to reach the 1,000 career point mark. Ognjen Miljkovic led the team in scoring with 20 points, Parker Kelly had 9 points in clutch and a total of 15. Coming off of back-to-back 38 point performances, Venky Jois had 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Patchin, Lukens and Osso talked to EWU Eagles Head Coach, Beau Baldwin, about Christmas cards, the Oregon State hire and the Illinois St. Redbirds.

The EWU Eagles faced the Montana Grizzlies for the 2nd time in less than a month and defeat the Griz, again, 37-20, this time in the 2nd round of the FCS Playoffs. Todd Raynes had 2 interceptions, the 2nd for a pick-6 to ice the win.
