Eagle defense key in victory at North Dakota

The Eastern Eagles were leading the University of North Dakota 21-14 with UND driving. EWU LB Ronnie Hamlin intercepted a UND pass and ran it 77 yards for an Eagle touchdown and Eastern never looked back. QB Vernon Adams passed for over 300 yards, had 2 touchdown passes and the Eagles cruised to a 35-14 win. Eastern Washington is now 4-2 on the season, 2-0 in Big Sky Conference play.
